Things in the islands have a way of taking on their own identity. At first glance
Kiawe Grill looks like many of the hole-in-the-walls BBQ fans love to frequent.
That is until you notice the Korean and Hawaiian influences scattered across the
menu. However, there is no mistaking the intoxicating smoky odor coming from
the grill. Open flame wood cooking takes things to a level you can't reach with a
gas grill. Many of their walk-up customers carry-out, but there are tables as well.
