Impressions:Ellman Rocks

Successful restaurateurs naturally combine inspiration and evolution. Mark does the drill by building on his days at Avalon to create the unique tastes found only at Mala. His original concept for this waterfront venue was tapas. After reading the tea leaves he increased the portions to entree size giving diners more of what they preferred. Today's extensive menu reflects this new direction as it showers customers with choices guaranteed to please. Be sure to consider wine with your dinner. The list covers as much territory as the cuisine and was picked to match.
